Did you know that you have an incredible tool on your desktop that can help get rid of spyware, some viruses and changes made to your computer that were either by accident or through a third party that you do not want.  System restore is a way for any computer user with Window’s 2000, Millennium Edition and XP to virtually go back in time and reconfigure the computers settings to their original before they were changed.

System restore is extremely easy to use and only takes about 15 to 20 minutes for a proper system restore to take place.  If you have encountered a virus, spyware, or a problem with your computer’s current system configuration, do a System Restore.

From your start menu, click on Help and Support, you should see in one of the menu items; “Undo a change to your computer with System Restore”.  From here just follow the easy directions.

Besides making changes to your system, you can create a restore point, which your computer can go back to, in case there are problems in the future.  The entire process only takes about 20 minutes, so if you encounter some difficulties with your computer, check out the handy tool, System Restore.
