Almost everyone gets out of shape from time to time, however getting in shape is much harder than getting out of shape, here are some tips to get in shape fast. Getting in shape requires two things, first you have to lose a little weight and secondly, you need to exercise. You can easily lose a few pounds each month by eating healthy foods and counting your calories. You don’t need to go on any crazy diets or cut out the foods you love, just watch what you eat. Keep your calorie intake to less than 2000 which is the average for an adult. You don’t need to starve yourself. If you can get your calories down to 1500 even better, this way you can lose a few pounds each month. Exercise is also important, joining a gym is a great idea, but if you’re not a gym person, you can easily exercise around your home. Walking is a great low impact exercise that anyone can do. You can lose 250 to 300 calories an hour and that is at a normal pace of walking. Walk 7 days a week and eat 1500 calories each day and you can easily lose 8 to 12 pounds per month, enough to help you get in shape in either one or two months, and all this is with just a little moderation.
