One of the most difficult person to buy a gift for is your boss.  You want to make sure that whatever gift you give to him or her will be flattering and well received.  If you are looking for a great gift for your boss, here are some tips.

Depending on your boss will usually determine the level of gift you give.  For instance, if you are an executive, you will probably want to give your boss a gift that stands out in the crowd for a lower level associate, the value of the gift might not be as important as just showing that you care enough to buy a gift.
