Hitachi announced Friday two 1 terabyte hard drives aimed at the multimedia-aware consumer whose needs require an enormous amount of storage capacity, company officials said. The Deskstar 7K1000 and CinemaStar hard drives target users who want to store digital information -- and lots of it.
