If you are interested in big savings when booking an air fare then take a look at low cost airlines.  There are plenty of low cost airlines these day and many of them even receive a higher customer satisfaction rating than full featured airlines.  If you are planning a trip you can sometimes save at least 50% off of regular airlines.  And if you live in a major hub your savings can be more.

One of more well known low cost airlines is Jetblue.  This airline flies from a major hub in New York City, and it flies to California, Florida and many small towns in New England.  Some prices are unbelievable at $99 a trip to California.  You can see how much you can save by switching from traditional to low cost airlines.  The best part of Jetblue is that it has a fleet of brand new aircraft and every seat includes free satellite TV.

Most people love the convenience of watching satellite television in their seat and not having to pay for it.  It's the little perks like these that keep customers satisfied.  So if your planning your next trip, try out one of the low cost airlines, you might find that they provide you with a satisfying flight experience.
